We purchased and had installed a walled.  Choose oak for the wood and it turned out beautiful.  Everyone we dealt with from the store to the installers keep us informed of all that was happening. So I originally bought a wallbed from Amazon. It was an absolute disaster. It came in 3 boxes over the course of 3 separate delivery days via UPS. It was cheap garbage that was broken in places and an absolute nightmare to put together. Once I assembled it I truly realized what poor quality this thing was. I wasn't happy at all, and now I  was stuck with this monstrosity in a spare bedroom we have. Fortunately, Amazon sent a 3rd party company to come pick this thing up and refunded the $1200 back to my account. In the interim, I called up Ryan Jensen at this location. Ryan went all-out when it comes to efficiency and service. He sold me a great quality replacement and had the delivery and install set up the very next day after the scheduled Amazon removal. Love my new electric wallbed!  It’s a perfect fit for the casita and goes up & down with a push of a button. Ryan was most helpful with design, logistics and the purchase.  Jimmy and team provided an excellent install, and Aime made sure I had the correct mattress.  All around a great experience.  Thank you!
